Very beautiful place! The house smelled so wonderful right when you walk in! The showers are out of this world! The kids had so much fun! Very clear instructions! Timmy was very very friendly and very very proactive with responses! Very kind even when you’re texting super late at night! Will definitely have to book his place again! Worth the price!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at, to say the LEAST!! Our babies loved the yard and all the peaceful vibes that come with it. We stayed a while, & I have to say it was so easy. Very flexible check in, clean, great location, so secluded. We would be happy to stay at any of Tim’s spots. Absolutely wonderful host 💜

I have stayed at two of their homes now and everyone of them has been a absolute pleasant place. My crew was very satisfied of how prestige clean it was and the area was perfect. The host communicated in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again

Absolutely love this place! I stay at the 13 celebration whenever I come into town to visit family. It's roomy, clean, the neighborhood is peaceful and they have just about everything you need there. Tim is always helpful and very responsive to question or needs. The kids LOVE the backyard! If I could give this beautiful home and host 10 stars, I would!!

I think this is the second or third house we rented with Tim. You absolutely will not find a better host. He’s awesome to work with, and over the top accommodating. His houses are top-notch as well. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area and book one of his homes.

We had a great stay! Tim was an amazing host. We were offered early check in if needed. He kept in contact with us incase we needed anything. It's waking distance to the stadium and it's right by six flags. And the kids loved the pool and hot tub!

Had an amazing stay at Tim’s Place 🏡 The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Super peaceful area and the host was great with communication. Made our trip to Arlington even better—would definitely stay here again!

Originally, I didn’t rent this Airbnb. I rented a different one, but he’s a bad ass and upgraded us to this situation due to accommodating my situation and my party and not putting out another long-term Airbnb’r just for the weekend to me. This place is great. I had a good vibe had everything I asked for, but not only did the host upgrade me to solve my issue and make sure that I was OK. He made sure that he didn’t interfere with someone else’s shit that is bad ass he deserves seven stars.
