We have never had any problems and we want to you to enjoy your time but below are a few rules we have to ensure safety and to be respectful of our neighbors that we love. Basically treat it like its your home. Rules below. Quiet time in backyard after 11pm with no music louder that talking level Pets are welcome with approval and pet fee. Message us for pet requests No Smoking in the property. Out back is fine as long as you clean up after yourselves. J just not indoors. If anyone smokes in the house there will be a $500 cleaning and deodorizing fee charged no exceptions. If you do have a pet there is an additional pet fee and you will have to send me a message to arrange payment. We do require all gusts needing any extra supplies, services, or have any issues that need handled to notify us within one hour of check in. If we are not notified within one hour we cannot help or support you so if anything is needed notify us or we can't be held responsible for something we didn't know about and give us 24 hours to complete any requests that you have made. They are usually done immediately but sometimes take longer. There are safety security cameras recording only on the exterior of the house for your safety and ours. They are two on the front of the house that cover the driveway and front door entrance and two on the back of the house covering the back gates, rear door, and back yard. There also is a noise monitoring device that alerts us if the noise levels raise above a certain deciblie but don't record any sound just measure the decibel rating as consistent with our city codes. Again we have never had any problems and we want to keep it that way. There is also signage stating the presence of the devices. No Glass by the pool. If broken glass is found by pool there will be a $300 cleaning fee for everyone's safety I have provide plastic cups for beverages around the pool and behind the bar. No parties or guest that are not on booking. If any complaints because of broken rules or cops are called everyone will be removed from property without refund. Mandatory Pool cleaning at least once a week to ensure proper chlorine levels and water levels if booking is for over a week we will schedule. To ensure we can accommodate your needs smoothly, please make any requests for late check-outs or early check-ins at least 1 hour in advance. This allows us sufficient time to adjust our scheduling and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
